How We Turn Organic Waste Into Enriched Fertiliser

A proven, scalable industrial process from organic waste input to premium NPK output. The volume we produce is dictated entirely by market demand. The quality is consistent regardless of scale.

Most organic fertilisers are basic compost slow, variable in quality, and low in nutrient concentration. Our process is fundamentally different.

At the heart of our production line is an organic extraction stage that pulls a highly concentrated infusion of nutrients from raw organic waste material. This infusion representing 15 to 20% of the input weight forms the nutritional foundation of everything we produce.

That concentrate is then combined with carefully selected organic carrier materials and organic NPK enrichment sources, blended to a precisely specified nutrient ratio, granulated, dried, and quality-tested before it leaves our facility.

The result is an enriched organic NPK fertiliser with consistent, certified nutrient content produced at whatever scale the market requires.

The Production Process — Step by Step

1. Feedstock Receipt & Quality Control

Raw organic material arrives at the processing facility and undergoes initial quality assessment. Suitable feedstocks include agricultural crop residues, animal manures, food processing by-products, fish processing waste, date palm by-products, and selected municipal organic waste fractions. All incoming material is checked for contamination, moisture content, and suitability before entering the production line. Unsuitable material is rejected at this stage. The quantity of feedstock processed is determined by the installed production line capacity — from a single 25-tonne-per-day line to multiple parallel lines operating simultaneously for higher volume output.

2. Pre-Processing & Preparation

Accepted feedstock is sorted, moisture-adjusted where necessary, and reduced in particle size to ensure optimal performance in the extraction stage. This step is critical for consistent extraction yields and is adapted to the specific feedstock mix being processed on any given day.

3. Organic Extraction — The Core Stage

This is where our process is fundamentally different from conventional composting. The prepared feedstock enters our industrial processing machine, which applies a controlled extraction cycle to draw out a highly concentrated organic infusion. This infusion typically 15 to 20% of the input weight is a dense concentration of the organic nutrients present in the raw material.

This infusion is the nutritional engine of the finished product. It is what gives our fertiliser its enriched quality and its advantage over standard compost

4. Organic Blending

The concentrated infusion is combined with additional organic carrier and bulking materials to build the volume and structure of the final product. The ratio and composition of this blending stage is managed carefully to ensure the finished product achieves the target nutrient profile and physical consistency required for the market it is being produced for.

5. NPK Enrichment — Tailored to Your Market

Organic nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium sources are incorporated into the blend at precisely calculated ratios. These ratios are not fixed they are formulated specifically for the crop types, soil conditions, and agronomic requirements of the market being served.

A product formulated for paddy rice farmers in Sri Lanka will carry a different NPK specification to one designed for date palm orchards in Oman, or greenhouse vegetables in a controlled-environment farm. This flexibility is a core commercial advantage we produce what the market needs, not a one-size-fits-all commodity.

6. Granulation, Drying & Quality Testing

The enriched blend is granulated into a consistent particle size and dried to the required moisture specification for stable storage and application. Every production batch undergoes laboratory quality testing before release checking nutrient content, moisture levels, heavy metal safety compliance, and pathogen clearance. We do not release product that does not meet specification.

7. Packaging & Distribution

Finished, tested product is packaged according to customer requirements 25kg retail bags for individual farmers and agro-dealers, 50kg commercial bags for agricultural cooperatives and distributors, or 1-tonne bulk bags for large commercial estates, processing facilities, and export customers. Distribution is managed through local partner networks, agricultural cooperatives, government-aligned distribution programmes, or direct to large buyers depending on the market structure we are operating in.

Any Scale. The Same Quality.

One of the most important things to understand about our production model is that it is not fixed at a single output level. We do not arrive in a market with a predetermined facility size and tell the customer to fit their demand around it.

We assess the market. We map the available organic feedstock. We model the demand. And then we build the right facility for that specific opportunity  whether that is one production line or ten.

A single 25-tonne-per-day input line typically yields 38 to 40 tonnes of finished enriched NPK fertiliser per day at full operating rate. Multiple lines operating in parallel multiply that output proportionally.

The production process, quality standards, and product specification remain identical regardless of scale.  This means we can serve a regional farming cooperative supplying hundreds of smallholder farmers with the same product quality we deliver to a national distributor supplying millions of hectares.

Why Our Fertiliser Is Not Standard Compost

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Our extraction process concentrates the organic nutrients from the feedstock into the finished product delivering more NPK value per tonne than standard composted material.

Consistent Batch Quality

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Every batch is laboratory tested before release. Buyers get a certified product with a known nutrient specification not a variable compost product whose quality depends on what was thrown in that week.

Tailored NPK Ratios

Higher Nutrient Concentration

Tailored NPK Ratios

We do not produce a single generic product. We formulate to the agronomic requirements of the crops and soils in the market we are serving. That specificity delivers better results for farmers and stronger loyalty for distributors.
